Risk meets Average Investor     

 When investors are unsure of their investments they may turn to the news (CNBC). Often their best source of a hot stock is mad money (I even enjoy the show), it is difficult to maintain your emotions (logic).  Choosing stocks with the highest volume or largest gain will ultimately lead to more stress and headaches.  In games such as stock picking, the winners are not the fastest or even smartest but one who is able to gain on others mistakes (the losers game). For lower risk individuals playing only long positions may be optimal. It is better to place 10 or 100 bets that just one big bet if the odds are in your favor,
